I believe that is the duty of every person to make the world a better place.  Through my teaching, I am able to create connections with students, teachers, and school community members which make that belief a reality.  The work I do everyday is to make learning meaningful, by being the teacher and the learner.  Teaching is my passion, that which helps to give my life meaning.  I endeavor to kindle the flames of curiosity and responsibility in my students.  I am continually reminded of the import of my work, the importance self-reflection, and to strive for communal success.
